Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FancyMeme, including the AI meme generator, template library, editor, account features, credits, downloads, and related services.

By using FancyMeme, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The FancyMeme Service

FancyMeme helps users turn short prompts into meme ideas, template matches, captions, editable images, and share-ready outputs. Features may include AI generation, meme templates, image uploads, caption editing, saved results, downloads, billing, and support.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Accounts

You may need an account to generate memes, use credits, save results, or access paid features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

User Content

"User Content" includes prompts, uploaded images, captions, editor settings, generated memes, saved drafts, support messages, and any other content you submit or create through FancyMeme.

You are responsible for your User Content and for making sure you have the rights needed to upload, generate, edit, download, share, or otherwise use it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, private without permission, sexually exploitative, hateful, or intended to harass or deceive others.

Rights to Generated Memes

You may use memes you create with FancyMeme, subject to these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, and any third-party rights in templates, images, characters, brands, likenesses, or source material. Meme templates and public formats may involve third-party intellectual property or publicity rights. You are responsible for reviewing whether your use is allowed.

FancyMeme does not guarantee that generated content is unique, non-infringing, suitable for commercial use, or accepted by any platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload, request, generate, edit, save, download, or share NSFW, explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, or sexually exploitative content.
• Use FancyMeme to create spam, malware, phishing, fraud, political manipulation, harassment, hate, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass credits, rate limits, authentication, payments, security controls, or usage restrictions.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Resell or provide automated access to FancyMeme without our written permission.

AI Output and Accuracy

AI-generated results may be unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, repetitive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You should review and edit outputs before publishing or sharing them. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

FancyMeme may use credits, subscriptions, one-time purchases, or other payment models. Generation costs are shown in the product before use where applicable.

Paid features are processed through third-party payment providers. Prices, credit amounts, expiration rules, renewal terms, and refund eligibility may vary by offer. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, used credits and completed generations are not refundable.

Service Availability

We aim to keep FancyMeme reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, provider outages, AI model limits, storage issues, network problems, abuse prevention, or other events outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays, failed generations, lost drafts, provider errors, or unavailable third-party services, but we may restore credits for eligible failed generations at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

FancyMeme, including its software, design, branding, UI, code, workflows, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of FancyMeme to you.

You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, store, transmit, and transform your User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Termination

You may stop using FancyMeme at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, misuse the service, fail to pay fees, or if continued access could expose us or others to legal or security risk.

Disclaimers

FancyMeme is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FancyMeme will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of FancyMeme after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
