Overview

FancyMeme is designed for light creative expression, meme editing, social content, and brand-safe humor. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed when you use our prompts, templates, uploads, generated images, editor, downloads, sharing tools, support channels, or paid features.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, captions, edits, and generated content you create or submit. We may block prompts, remove content, revoke access, or suspend accounts when use of FancyMeme creates legal, safety, platform, payment, or abuse risk.

Prohibited AI Generation

You may not use FancyMeme to request, generate, edit, upload, save, or share:

• NSFW, explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, or sexually exploitative content.
• Sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized likenesses, or invasive private content.
• Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or face-manipulation content intended to deceive, harass, sexualize, or harm a person.
• Hate, harassment, threats, bullying, dehumanization, or abuse targeting protected classes or private individuals.
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, exploitation, illegal acts, weapons instructions, or dangerous activity.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, spam, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Political manipulation, misleading public-interest claims, fake endorsements, or deceptive synthetic media.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.

Brand and Platform Safety

Do not present generated memes as official statements from a person, brand, organization, government, platform, or model provider unless you have permission and the context is clear. Do not use FancyMeme to create content that violates the rules of platforms where you publish it.

Moderation

We may screen user prompts and other submitted content before generation, during editing, or after publication. A prompt may be rejected if it violates this policy or appears close to prohibited categories. If a moderation system is temporarily unavailable, generation may be temporarily blocked rather than allowed through.

Enforcement

We may warn users, refuse generation, remove saved content, restore or revoke credits, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report unlawful activity when appropriate. Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent removal from FancyMeme.
